Eat Like a Roman {The Roman Guy Food Tour}

Was one of your Christmas presents or New Years resolutions a trip to Rome? I sure hope so. As you get started on your planning here is an idea to add to your trip agenda.

A while back I got to tag along on a delicious few hours wandering through central Rome snacking on the freshest mozzarella and sharpest pecorino, we tasted salami cured in barolo wine and met some young Romans who are sourcing some of the best local ingredients and creating innovative dishes.  This evening also includes some classic Roman pasta dishes, more than a few glasses of wine and of course a scoop of gelato (or two)
