Plan B {VOY + Hamburgers in Rome}

A few weeks ago we were headed over to the Maxxi to the the incredible William Kentridge show before it finished and decided to make an afternoon of it and have lunch at our old standby Pallotta.

Imagine the shock when we discovered that the always open trattoria was closed for renovation.

Bereft and hungry I remembered a nice meal I had with with a client once at a nearby, kind of chi-chi place, called Voy.

There are lots of choices here, burgers  and pasta and a nice lunch buffet. All of it was good. 

I stopped by the construction site the other day and the workers assured me that Palotta would be open on the 16 of April. Quasi.
