Alone in the Palace {Palazzo Farnese + Rome}
Rome is filled with beautiful Palazzos that are filled with priceless art. I got to spend Monday evening in one of my very favorite ones, the Renaissance era, Michelangelo designed Palazzo Farnese, now home to the Embassy of France.
The French are very relaxed about the treasures in their care. I had whole rooms of the palace all to myself for much of the evening.
That and flutes of french Champagne.
